14-day money-back guarantee. If PixelMatch Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

Pro Lifetime

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. After 14 days, lifetime purchases aren't refundable.

Pro Monthly

First payment: fully refundable within 14 days.
Cancel anytime: use the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt email, or Lemon Squeezy's My Orders page. Pro stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Renewals: monthly renewal payments aren't refunded, so please cancel before your next billing date if you no longer need Pro.

Always refunded

Duplicate or accidental charges.
Charges made after you cancelled.
A purchase where Pro can't be activated, if we can't fix the problem for you.

How to request a refund

Email hammadghafoor8@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number (it's in your receipt email).
We'll confirm your refund, usually within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated. Pro features turn off in the extension at its next license check, within about a day. The free features, and all the mockups and settings stored in your browser, keep working.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live. If local law gives you more, you get more.
